Appointment booking: How can I cancel a course/appointment?

To cancel a booked appointment, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the house icon below.
2. Click on the "Appointments" section.
3. Click on "My appointments".
4. Click on the course you have booked.
5. Select the "Cancel appointment" option.
6. Click "Confirm".

If you do not see the "Cancel appointment" option, it may be that the cancellation deadline has been exceeded. In this case, please contact your studio.

If you cancel an appointment that you have booked with an inclusive contingent in good time, no contingent will be used up. However, depending on your studio's settings, canceling an appointment at short notice may result in the contingent is being used up. In this case, you will receive a corresponding message when you click on "Cancel appointment". Please contact your studio for more information.
