You can easily view your consumption credit, top it up and also pay directly online if your studio has activated this function. To do this, go to the house icon in the MySports Member Platform and to the Self-Service tab, where your current consumption credit is displayed at the top.
The payment of additional consumption credit can only be completed by credit card. If you do not have a credit card in the MySports Member Platform, you can easily do this in the purchase process of the credit. To do this, click on your consumption credit and then on the additional consumption credit you want. If no payment method is stored, select Add new payment method and enter your credit card details. The same procedure applies if you want to add another credit card.
Afterwards you can select a deposited credit card and a message will appear about the successful recharge and the new amount of your consumption credit. You will also receive a confirmation email.
