You can cancel your contract/membership via the app as follows.
- Click on the house icon at the bottom.
- Click on the "Self-Service" area.
- Now click on "Contract data".
- Your contract is listed under the tab "Current contracts". Click on it.
- Click on "Options" at the top right.
- In the lower area you will see the option "Cancel". Click on it.
If the "Contract" section is not available in your self-service area, it has not been activated by your studio. In this case, please contact your studio directly.
