If you want to connect to your studio, your MySports account must have the exact same email address that is stored in your member account at your studio.
If you have already registered with MySports using a different email address, it is very easy to change it. See also Change email address.
If you are not sure which email address is stored in the studio, simply ask your trainer or the administration.
After that, the following steps are required in the app:
- go to the app and log in with your data.
- click on the button: "Connect to your studio".
- enter in the search which city your studio is in and select it
Enter your date of birth. Confirm all fields and click on "Connect".
If your studio does not appear in the search, there can be two reasons:
- Your studio does not use the Magicline management software.
Therefore, no connection between the app and the studio can be created.
- Your studio uses Magicline as management software but has not activated MySports yet.
